African Drums

The YWAM Targu Mures base is located in central Romania in the heart of Transylvania. Our vision is to empower local churches, cultivate community development projects and educate and release young people to fulfill their visions.

We are just one of over 1300 "Youth With a Mission" (YWAM) locations worldwide. YWAM's international staff consists of nearly 20,000 full-time staff (and 400,000 short term missionaries) serving in 177 countries impacting their communities, training young people and serving needs globally.

Training

We have several training opportunities throughout the year, including

• DTS - Successful completion of a Discipleship Training School (DTS) is a prerequisite for serving through YWAM. Our next DTS is scheduled for February 15 - July 23 2010
• SOW - Our School of Worship (SOW) is a program in which we seek to train believers to lead worship in their churches and groups. Our 2010 SOW will be held here at our base in September 2010.
• C2W - Continuing our focus on worship, we host a Call To Worship (C2W) seminar each year.

Serving

We have several openings for motivated people to join with us, using their own unique talents and gifts, as we seek to minister to the 150,000 people in this city who are looking for direction and guidance.
